Hipped slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered off-central chimney stack having corbelled stepped capping supporting terracotta or yellow terracotta pots, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on timber eaves boards on exposed timber rafters. Part creeper- or ivy-covered roughcast walls on rendered plinth. Pair of square-headed central door openings with two steps, rendered surrounds with monolithic pilasters supporting "Cyma Recta"- or "Cyma Reversa"-detailed hood mouldings on blind friezes framing timber panelled doors having overlights. Square-headed window openings with drag edged cut-limestone sills, and concealed dressings framing one-over-one timber sash windows. Set back from line of street in landscaped grounds with wrought iron railings to perimeter centred on wrought iron double gates.
