Detached three-bay two-storey farmhouse, extant 1903, on a rectangular plan with single-bay two-storey side elevations. Hipped slate roof with clay ridge tiles, paired rendered central chimney stacks having stringcourses below capping supporting terracotta tapered pots, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Roughcast walls on rendered plinth with rusticated rendered quoins to corners supporting rendered band to eaves. Segmental-headed central door opening with threshold, and rendered "bas-relief" surround framing timber panelled door having fanlight. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing eight-over-eight timber sash windows. Set in landscaped grounds with roughcast-panelled rendered piers to perimeter having precast concrete capping supporting "Fleur-de-Lys"-detailed wrought iron double gates.
