Roughcast walls bellcast over rendered plinth with rusticated rendered piers to ends. Segmental-headed central door opening with concealed dressings centred on rendered keystone framing timber panelled door having overlight. Camber-headed window openings to "cheeks" with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings having chamfered reveals with hood mouldings over framing fixed-pane timber fittings having margins. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing replacement uPVC casement windows replacing one-over-one timber sash windows. Interior including (ground floor): central hall retaining carved timber surrounds to door openings framing timber doors; and carved timber surrounds to door openings to remainder framing timber doors with carved timber surrounds to window openings framing timber panelled shutters on panelled risers. Street fronted with wrought iron railings to perimeter centred on wrought iron gate.
