Detached five-bay two-storey lobby entry farmhouse, occupied 1901, on a T-shaped plan centred on single-bay single-storey gabled projecting porch to ground floor. Extended, pre-1911, producing present composition. Refenestrated, ----. Pitched and hipped fibre-cement slate roof retaining pitched (gabled) slate roof to porch, lichen-covered clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stacks having corbelled stepped capping supporting terracotta pots, scallop-detailed timber bargeboards to gable to porch with finial to apex, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered slate flagged eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Rendered, ruled and lined battered walls. Segmental-headed central door opening with concealed dressings framing timber panelled door having fanlight. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing replacement uPVC casement windows. Set in landscaped grounds.
