Detached three-bay two-storey farmhouse, extant 1839, on a rectangular plan. Hipped fibre-cement slate roof with lichen-covered clay ridge tiles, paired red brick Running bond central chimney stacks having stringcourses below capping supporting terracotta pots, and plastic rainwater goods on timber eaves boards retaining some cast-iron downpipes. Rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed central door opening with concealed dressings framing glazed timber panelled door. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing six-over-six (ground floor) or six-over-three (first floor) timber sash windows. Road fronted on a corner site.
