Detached five-bay single-storey local authority house, between 1941-50, with single-bay single-storey gabled projecting porch to centre. Now in private residential use. Hipped roof incorporating gable to porch with fibre-cement slate having chamfered corners, terracotta ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, and iron rainwater goods on timber eaves having iron ties. Roughcast walls on rendered plinth. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and steel casement windows. Square-headed door opening with two concrete steps, and timber panelled door. Set back from road in own grounds on an elevated site with landscaped grounds to site.
