Replacement pitched artificial slate roof on an L-shaped plan centred on flat roof (porch), ridge ties, rendered central chimney stacks on rendered base having corbelled stepped capping, quatrefoil-perforated timber bargeboards to gables on paired "Cavetto"-detailed timber purlins with timber finials to apexes, and uPVC rainwater goods on timber eaves boards on exposed timber rafters. Rendered walls. Square-headed central door opening. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and concealed dressings framing replacement uPVC casement windows replacing six-over-six timber sash windows. Set back from line of road at entrance to grounds of Park House.
