Terraced two-bay three-storey house, c.1825. Refenestrated. One of a group of five. Pitched (shared) slate roof with clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond (shared) chimney stacks, and iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves having iron ties. Fine roughcast wall to ground floor supporting roughcast walls to upper floors with rendered channelled pier to end. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and replacement uPVC casement windows. Segmental-headed door opening with concave reveals, carved timber surround, and replacement timber panelled door retaining fanlight. Interior with timber panelled shutters to window openings. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.
