Hipped slate roof on a T-shaped plan centred on hipped slate roof (west) with clay ridge tiles, paired rendered central chimney stacks on rendered bases having corbelled stepped stringcourses below capping supporting terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on timber eaves boards on box eaves on moulded rendered cornice. Rendered, ruled and lined walls on rendered plinth with cut-granite flush quoins to corners. Square-headed central window opening (porch) with cut-granite sill, and concealed dressings having bull nose-detailed reveals framing replacement uPVC casement window. Paired square-headed window openings (first floor) with cut-granite sill, and rendered "bas-relief" surrounds having bull nose-detailed reveals framing one-over-one timber sash windows. Square-headed window openings (ground floor) with cut-granite sills, and rendered "bas-relief" surrounds having bull nose-detailed reveals with hood mouldings framing replacement uPVC casement windows replacing one-over-one timber sash windows. Square-headed window openings (first floor) with cut-granite sills, and rendered "bas-relief" surrounds having bull nose-detailed reveals framing replacement uPVC casement windows replacing one-over-one timber sash windows. Interior including (ground floor): central hall retaining carved timber surrounds to door openings framing timber panelled doors; and carved timber surrounds to door openings to remainder framing timber panelled doors with carved timber surrounds to window openings framing timber panelled shutters. Set in landscaped grounds shared with Catholic Church of the Assumption with finial-topped cast-iron colonette piers to perimeter supporting wrought iron gate.
