Detached three-bay two-storey double-pile house, c.1900, with two-bay two-storey side elevations. Refenestrated. Hipped double-pile slate roofs on a U-shaped plan incorporating part conical section to north-west with clay ridge tiles, replacement rendered chimney stacks having stepped capping supporting yellow terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves having iron ties. Rendered, ruled and lined walls with rendered channelled piers to corners, and (full-height) bowed chamfer to north-west. Square-headed window openings with cut-stone sills, moulded rendered surrounds, and replacement uPVC casement windows. Square-headed door opening with applied doorcase having fluted pilasters supporting frieze, triangular pediment having decorative detailing to tympanum, and replacement glazed timber panelled door. Set back from line of street in own grounds perpendicular to road with roughcast boundary wall.
