Detached six-bay single-storey house, c.1850, on an L-shaped plan possibly incorporating fabric of earlier range, pre-1840, on site with single-bay single-storey projecting outbuilding end bay to left. Refenestrated, c.1950. Hipped and pitched slate roof on an L-shaped plan with clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stacks having stringcourses under capping supporting terracotta or yellow terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Roughcast lime rendered walls over random rubble stone construction with concealed squared rubble stone quoins to corners. Square-headed window openings with cut-stone sills, rendered surrounds, and replacement one-over-one timber sash windows, c.1950. Square-headed door openings with concealed timber lintels, and replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.1950, with one having replacement glazed uPVC panelled door. Set back from street in own grounds.(ii) Detached single-bay single-storey outbuilding, c.1850, to south. Hipped and pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Roughcast lime rendered walls over random rubble stone construction. Square-headed door opening with concealed timber lintel, and timber boarded door.
