Terraced two-bay two-storey house, c.1850, possibly incorporating fabric of earlier house, pre-1840, on site. Refenestrated, c.1950. Pitched slate roof with clay or terracotta ridge tiles, red brick Running bond (shared) chimney stack, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves having iron ties. Roughcast walls on rendered base with rendered strips to ends to ground floor supporting rendered stringcourse to first floor. Square-headed window openings with cut-stone sills, rendered surrounds, and replacement one-over-one timber sash windows, c.1950. Square-headed door opening in camber-headed recess with two steps, slightly splayed reveals, and replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.1950. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.
