Attached three-bay two-storey house, extant 1881, on a rectangular plan. Refenestrated, 2006. Pitched fibre-cement slate roof with clay ridge tiles, lichen-spotted coping to gables with red brick Running bond chimney stacks to apexes having stringcourses below capping supporting terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron downpipe. Rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed central door opening with concealed dressings framing glazed timber panelled door. Square-headed window openings with sills, and concealed dressings framing replacement two-over-two sash windows. Street fronted on a corner site with concrete footpath to front.
