End-of-terrace three-bay two-storey house with half-dormer attic, extant 1840, on a rectangular plan. Pitched slate roof with terracotta ridge tiles, moss-covered coping to gable (west) with red brick Running bond chimney stack to apex having stringcourse below capping, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Rendered, ruled and lined battered walls; part creeper- or ivy-covered lime rendered surface finish to rear (south) elevation. Square-headed central door opening with concealed dressings framing glazed timber panelled door. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two (ground floor) or six-over-six (first floor) timber sash windows having part exposed sash boxes. Square-headed window openings to rear (south) elevation with cut-granite sills, and concealed red brick block-and-start surrounds framing two-over-two timber sash windows having part exposed sash boxes. Street fronted on a corner site with tarmacadam footpath to front.
