Pitched slate roof on a T-shaped plan centred on hipped slate roof (south), clay ridge tiles, concrete or rendered coping to gables with red brick Running bond chimney stacks to apexes having stepped capping, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on rendered eaves with cast-iron rainwater goods to rear (south) elevation on slate flagged eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Replacement cement rendered walls bellcast over rendered plinth; coursed rubble stone walls to rear (south) elevation with cut- or hammered granite flush quoins to corners. Segmental-headed central door opening with cut-granite step, and rendered "bas-relief" surround having splayed reveals framing timber panelled door having overlight. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing six-over-six timber sash windows. Square-headed window openings to rear (south) elevation with cut-granite sills, and red brick block-and-start surrounds framing replacement uPVC casement windows. Street fronted with tarmacadam footpath to front.
