Attached three-bay two-storey house, c.1825. Refenestrated, c.1925. Reroofed. Pitched (shared) roof with replacement fibre-cement slate, clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stack having profiled capping supporting terracotta pot(s), rendered coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves having iron ties. Rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed window openings with cut-stone sills, profiled surrounds to ground floor, and replacement one-over-one timber sash windows, c.1925, fronting timber casement windows to ground floor. Square-headed door opening in elliptical-headed recess with threshold, splayed reveals, and timber panelled door. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.
