Attached three-bay two-storey house, c.1825. Refenestrated, c.1925. Reroofed. Pitched (shared) roof with replacement fibre-cement slate, clay ridge tiles, chimney stack(s) not evident, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves having iron ties. Rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed window openings with cut-stone sills, and replacement one-over-one timber sash windows, c.1925. Square-headed door opening in camber-headed recess with cut-granite step, chamfered or splayed reveals, and timber panelled door. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.
