Hipped fibre-cement slate roof with clay or terracotta ridge tiles, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on dentilated rendered stepped cornice. Rendered wall (ground floor) on rendered chamfered plinth with rendered fluted Ionic pilasters supporting "Cyma Recta"- or "Cyma Reversa"-detailed cornice on embossed frieze on stringcourse; rendered surface finish (first floor) with rendered pilasters; rendered surface finish (remainder). Paired shouldered square-headed window openings with "Bowtell"-detailed sill course (ground floor) or rendered chamfered sill course (first floor), and concealed dressings framing replacement aluminium casement windows replacing one-over-one timber sash windows. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.
