Terraced two-bay two-storey house, extant 1886, on a rectangular plan. One of a terrace of three. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack having stringcourse below corbelled stepped capping supporting yellow terracotta tapered pots, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on cut-granite eaves retaining cast-iron downpipe. Rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed door opening (south) with cut-granite step threshold, and concealed dressings framing replacement glazed uPVC panelled door. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing one-over-one timber sash windows. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.
