Terraced three-bay two-storey house, extant 1886, on a rectangular plan. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks having stringcourses below chamfered capping supporting terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered slate flagged eaves retaining cast-iron downpipe. Rendered, ruled and lined walls. Segmental-headed central door opening with cut-granite step threshold, and concealed dressings framing timber panelled door having overlight. Square-headed flanking window opening (south) with cut-granite sill, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash window. Elliptical-headed flanking window opening (north) with concealed dressings framing fixed-pane timber fitting. Square-headed window openings (first floor) with sill course, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash windows. Interior including (ground floor): central hall retaining carved timber surrounds to door openings framing timber panelled doors; and carved timber surrounds to door openings to remainder framing timber panelled doors with timber panelled shutters to window openings. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.
