Terraced three-bay two-storey house, c.1950, possibly incorporating fabric of earlier house, post-1840, on site. One of a pair. Pitched (shared) slate roof with clay ridge tiles, fine roughcast panelled chimney stacks having stepped capping supporting terracotta pots, and iron rainwater goods on timber eaves having iron ties. Fine roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, rendered surrounds, and one-over-one timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with rendered surround, replacement timber panelled door having sidelights, and overlight. Set back from line of street with fine roughcast plinth supporting iron railings, and iron gate.
