Terraced three-bay three-storey house, extant 1840, on a rectangular plan with shopfront to ground floor. Part refenestrated, ----. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack (south) having stringcourse below corbelled stepped capping supporting terracotta or yellow terracotta tapered pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered slate flagged eaves retaining cast-iron downpipe. Rendered, ruled and lined walls. Timber shopfront to ground floor on a symmetrical plan centred on timber panelled double doors having overlight. Square-headed window openings (upper floors) with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing one-over-one timber sash windows (first floor) or replacement uPVC casement windows (top floor). Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.
