Rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed window openings (first floor) with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing nine-over-nine timber sash windows without horns. Interior including hall (east) retaining carved timber surrounds to door openings framing timber panelled doors, cantilevered staircase on a dog leg plan with "match stick" balusters supporting carved timber banister terminating in volute, carved timber surrounds to window openings to half-landings framing timber panelled reveals or shutters, and carved timber surrounds to door openings to landings framing timber panelled doors; and carved timber surrounds to door openings to remainder framing timber panelled doors with carved timber surrounds to window openings framing timber panelled shutters. Street fronted on a corner site with concrete footpath to front.
