What is recorded here

Detached three-bay single-storey house, between 1900-24 (dated 1935). Now disused. One of a group of at least four. Hipped gabled roof with profiled tile, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks having stepped capping, rendered coping, and aluminium rainwater goods on timber eaves. Fine roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings with sills, and two-over-two timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with glazed timber panelled door having overlight (now boarded-up). Square-headed door opening to rear (north-west) elevation with three steps, and tongue-and-groove timber panelled door. Set back from street in own grounds with fine roughcast boundary wall having rendered coping, rendered piers having pyramidal capping, and iron gate [SS].
