Terraced two-bay three-storey house, c.1800. Renovated with replacement shopfront inserted to ground floor. One of a group of two. Pitched (shared) slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stacks over red brick construction having stepped capping, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves having iron ties. Rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, nine-over-six (first floor) and three-over-six (top floor) timber sash windows. Replacement timber shopfront to ground floor with fluted pilasters, fixed-pane timber display window on tiled riser, glazed timber panelled door having overlight, timber panelled door to house having overlight, fascia having fluted consoles, and cornice. Interior with timber panelled shutters to window openings. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.
