Detached three-bay two-storey house, extant 1840, on an L-shaped plan; three-bay (west) or two-bay (east) two-storey side elevations. Reroofed, ----. Replacement hipped artificial slate roof on an L-shaped plan with ridge tiles, paired rendered central chimney stacks having stringcourses below chamfered capping supporting terracotta tapered pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered retaining cast-iron downpipes. Part creeper- or ivy-covered rendered walls. Central door opening into house. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash windows. Set in landscaped grounds with rendered panelled piers to perimeter having shallow pyramidal capping supporting sheet steel-covered wrought iron double gates.
