Terraced two-bay three-storey house, c.1900, possibly incorporating fabric of earlier house, pre-1840, on site. One of a pair. Pitched (shared) slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stacks having stepped capping supporting terracotta or yellow terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves having iron ties. Rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed window openings with cut-stone sills having iron sill guard to ground floor, rendered keystone to ground floor, and one-over-one timber sash windows. Elliptical-headed door opening with step supporting padstones, rendered archivolt having keystones, and timber panelled door having overlight. Interior with timber panelled shutters to window openings. Street fronted with concrete brick cobbled footpath to front.
