Attached three-bay three-storey house, c.1850, possibly incorporating fabric of earlier house, pre-1840, on site. Extensively renovated with openings to ground floor remodelled to accommodate use as offices. Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond (shared) chimney stack having stepped capping, rendered coping to party wall, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron ogee hopper and downpipe. Replacement rendered walls with rendered strips to ends, and rendered band to eaves. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, rendered surrounds, replacement six-over-six (first floor) and three-over-three (top floor) timber sash windows. Square-headed window openings to ground floor remodelled with replacement concrete sills, rendered surrounds, and timber display windows having casement overlights. Square-headed door opening with rendered piers having 'channelled' intermediary panels, replacement timber panelled door, and fascia over having coping. Street fronted with rendered plinth boundary wall having coping supporting iron railings incorporating spear-head finials, cut-granite monolithic piers, and gate now missing.
