Detached three-bay single-storey technical school, built 1950, on a symmetrical plan with single-bay single-storey lean-to flush end bays. Hipped fibre-cement tile roof extending into lean-to fibre-cement tile roofs with terracotta ridge tiles, roughcast chimney stacks having concrete capping supporting terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Roughcast walls bellcast on rendered plinth. Square-headed central door opening approached by two concrete steps with rendered surround having splayed reveals framing timber panelled double doors having overlight. Grouped square-headed flanking window openings with concrete sills, and concealed dressings framing pivot fittings having horizontal glazing bars. Square-headed door openings (end bays) with concrete steps, and concealed dressings framing timber panelled doors having overlights. Set in own grounds.
