Terraced single-bay two-storey house, c.1825. Extensively renovated. Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond (shared) chimney stack having stepped capping, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves having iron ties. Replacement rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with cut-stone sills, and two-over-two timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with replacement glazed timber panelled door. Street fronted with concrete verge to front.
