Detached four-bay single-storey mono-pitched stable outbuilding, extant 1839, on a rectangular plan. Mono-pitched slate roof with replacement uPVC rainwater goods on overhanging timber eaves boards. Part creeper- or ivy-covered coursed rubble stone wall to front (south) elevation; roughcast surface finish (remainder). Series of four square-headed door openings with timber boarded half-doors. Set in grounds shared with Ballinapark House.
