Terraced two- or three-bay two-storey house, extant 1904, on a rectangular plan. Pitched fibre-cement slate roof with concrete ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stack having stepped capping, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Roughcast walls bellcast on rendered plinth. Square-headed off-central door opening with concealed dressings framing timber boarded door having overlight. Square-headed window openings with sills, and concealed dressings framing one-over-one timber sash windows. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.
