Detached three-bay two-storey house, extant 1941, on a rectangular plan. Reroofed, ----. Replacement pitched artificial slate roof with ridge tiles, cement rendered chimney stacks having concrete capping supporting terracotta pots, slightly sproketed eaves, and uPVC rainwater goods on box eaves. Rendered, ruled and lined walls with rusticated rendered quoins to corners. Segmental-headed central door opening with cut-granite step threshold, and moulded rendered surround centred on diamond pointed rusticated keystone framing glazed timber panelled door having overlight. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash windows. Interior including (ground floor): central hall retaining carved timber surrounds to door openings framing timber panelled doors; and carved timber surrounds to door openings to remainder framing timber panelled doors with timber panelled reveals or shutters to window openings. Set in landscaped grounds.
