Hipped fibre-cement slate roof with lichen-covered ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stack having corbelled stepped capping supporting terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on timber box eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Rendered wall (ground floor) on moulded cushion course on rendered plinth; roughcast surface finish (first floor); rendered surface finish (remainder). Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and concealed dressings framing replacement uPVC casement windows replacing casement windows having horizontal glazing bars. Set in shared grounds.
