Terraced two-bay three-storey house, between 1883-1913, probably incorporating fabric of earlier house, pre-1840, on site. Renovated, post-1992, with replacement shopfront inserted to ground floor. Undergoing refenestration, 2005. One of a pair. Pitched (shared) fibre-cement slate roof with clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stack having profiled capping, and iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves having iron ties retaining cast-iron ogee hopper and downpipe. Rendered, ruled and lined walls with rendered quoins to end. Square-headed window openings with sills, moulded rendered lugged surrounds, and replacement uPVC casement windows, 2005 (replacing two-over-two timber sash windows). Replacement timber shopfront, post-1992, to ground floor with panelled (hollow) pilasters on panelled (hollow) plinths, fixed-pane (two-light) display window incorporating spandrels supporting overlights, glazed timber panelled door on step having overlight, fascia having gabled fluted consoles, and moulded cornice. Street fronted with concrete brick cobbled footpath to front [VO/SS].
