Terraced two-bay three-storey house, extant 1840, on a rectangular plan with shopfront to ground floor. Now disused. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered slate flagged eaves retaining cast-iron downpipe. Rendered wall to front (east) elevation. Timber shopfront to ground floor on a symmetrical plan centred on glazed timber panelled double doors having overlight. Square-headed window openings (upper floors) with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing fixed-pane timber fittings (first floor) or one-over-one timber sash windows (top floor). Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.
