Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks having stepped capping supporting terracotta pots, central rooflight to rear (north) pitch, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed door opening (west), timber doorcase with panelled pilasters, with concealed dressings having splayed reveals framing timber panelled door having fanlight-detailed overlight. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing one-over-one timber sash windows. Square-headed window openings to rear (north) elevation with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing one-over-one timber sash windows. Set back from line of street with spear head-detailed wrought iron railings to perimeter.
