Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks having stepped (west) or corbelled stepped (east) capping supporting terracotta pots, central rooflight to rear (north) pitch, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron octagonal or ogee hopper. Rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed door opening (west) with concealed dressings having splayed reveals framing replacement timber panelled door having overlight. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing replacement uPVC casement windows replacing six-over-six timber sash windows. Set back from line of street with spear head-detailed wrought iron railings to perimeter.
