End-of-terrace three-bay single-storey house, c.1850, possibly originally terraced or thatched incorporating fabric of earlier range, pre-1840, on site. Repaired, 1952. Pitched roof with replacement fibre-cement slate, 1952, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks with one having red brick capping supporting yellow terracotta pot, rendered coping, and aluminium rainwater goods on rendered eaves having iron ties. Replacement rendered, ruled and lined walls, 1952. Square-headed window openings with cut-stone sills, and two-over-two timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with step supporting padstones, and timber panelled door having overlight. Street fronted with concrete flagged footpath to front [VO].
