Pitched red fibre-cement slate roof with pitched (gabled) red fibre-cement slate roofs, terracotta ridge tiles, perforated decorative timber bargeboards to gables, and cast-iron rainwater goods on timber eaves boards retaining cast-iron downpipes. Rendered walls. Square-headed central door opening with step threshold, and concealed dressings framing glazed timber door. Square-headed flanking window openings with sills, and timber surrounds framing timber casement windows. Set back from line of street in landscaped grounds with rendered piers to perimeter having gabled capping.
