Hipped and pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack (west) having stringcourse below capping supporting terracotta or yellow terracotta pots, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Rendered, ruled and lined walls. Timber shopfront to ground floor on a symmetrical plan centred on glazed timber panelled door having overlight. Square-headed window openings originally in tripartite arrangement (upper floors) with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing replacement uPVC casement windows replacing six-over-six timber sash windows having two-over-two sidelights. Street fronted on a corner site with concrete footpath to front.
