Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1840, having a projecting single-bay gable-fronted porch to the centre of the front facade. Pitched natural slate roof having a single central chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls over a smooth plinth with smooth rendered bands to the corners. Square-headed window openings having rendered reveals with one-over-one or two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed opening to porch having a timber sheeted door. Set back from road in own grounds to the northeast of Mount Temple.
