Detached three-bay two-storey over basement former Church of Ireland rectory, built c.1814, with return to rear. Projecting gable-fronted single-storey entrance porch added to the centre of the main façade (south), c.1960. Now in use as a private house. Hipped natural late roof with a pair of rendered chimneystacks to the centre, having terracotta chimney pots over. Roughcast rendered walls with square-headed window openings having cut stone sills and six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows to the ground floor openings and six-over-three pane windows over to the first floor openings. Central round-headed doorcase to the main façade, behind later porch, having timber panelled door with fanlight over. Two limestone steps give access to the main entrance. Located to the west of Mullingar adjacent to former Church of Ireland church (15402511). Main entrance to the east with complex of outbuildings to the rear (north), not viewed.
