Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1850, having a single-bay gable-fronted entrance porch to the centre of the front façade (east). Single-storey extension to south side with gabled slate roof. Now out of use and derelict. Pitched natural slate roof with a single rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls over smooth rendered plinth course with raised quoins to the corners. Square-headed window openings with rendered reveals, cut stone sills and two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed doorcase, set into round-headed opening to porch, having timber panelled door with sidelights and an overlight. Set back from road in mature grounds with single-storey roughcast rendered outbuilding to the south having a pitched natural slate roof. Rendered boundary wall, rendered gate piers (on square-plan) and a wrought-iron gate to the road frontage (east).
