Detached two-bay single-storey former gate lodge serving Ladywell House, built c.1845. Now in use as a private house. Hipped natural slate roof with overhanging eaves having cast-iron rainwater goods and a rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with cut stone sills and Wyatt-style timber sliding sash windows. Located adjacent to main entrance to Ladywell House (to the south) and to the northwest of Glassan.
