Semi-detached three-bay two-storey outbuilding associated with Clondrisse House, built c.1860, with attached single-storey ranges to the east side. Hipped natural slate roofs (large slates) with dressed limestone chimneystack towards the centre. Constructed of dressed limestone with dressed limestone detailing to the openings. Square-headed window openings and segmental-headed carriage arches. Located to the south of Clondrisse House (15402003). Rubble limestone boundary wall to the east.
