Detached two-bay two-storey over basement house built c.1800. Extended, c.1885, with addition of substantial two-storey extension to the north. Double pitched natural slate roof having rendered chimneystacks, cast-iron rainwater goods and timber bargeboards with timber finials to gable ends at entrance front (east). Roughcast rendered walls over rubble limestone walls having brick dressings and cut stone dressings to openings. Render now removed to a number of elevations. Square-headed window opening with cut stone sills and variety of six-over-six pane, two-over-two pane and Wyatt windows. Box bay window to southeast corner of ground facade with cut stone sill and triple one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to front (east) having leaded hipped roof over. Square-headed door opening to northeast corner with moulded stone surround having glazed timber double doors with stained glass panels. Cut stone steps to entrance front. Substantial complex of outbuildings to the (south) comprising main two-storey dressed limestone outbuilding with square-headed openings and segmental-headed carriage arches having hipped natural slate roof over, flanked by single-storey buildings (15402037). Single-storey range of rubble limestone outbuildings with brick dressings to the openings having natural slate roof located adjacent to the house, at basement level, to the north. Main gates and attendant gate lodge to the north (15402002). Set back from road in extensive grounds to the northwest of Killucan.
