Complex of multiple-bay two-storey outbuildings, arranged around a courtyard, with a walled garden to the east, built c.1800. Originally associated with Killynan House (now demolished). Now in use as agricultural outbuildings. Complex comprises five-bay two-storey structure on L-shaped plan, a detached three-bay double-height barn with carriage arches, a single-bay single-storey structure on hexagonal-plan to centre of courtyard and a number of ancillary structures in ruinous condition. Pitched natural slate roofs, now with sections of corrugated metal over. Constructed of coursed limestone rubble with brick dressings to openings. Square-headed window and door openings, with remains of multi-pane timber casement windows and timber battened doors, and segmental-headed carriage arches. Hexagonal structure constructed of brick with square-headed openings with timber louvered vents having hipped modern corrugated metal roof over, Timber porch supported on cast-iron posts serves square-headed doorcase with battened timber door to west face. Remains of extensive walled garden, on rectilinear plan, to east, constructed of rubble limestone with sections of brick lining to interior walls. Ruinous glass house to interior having remains of early heating system and related plumbing mechanisms. Complex set back from road to the northwest of Killucan with main entrance gates having dressed limestone gate piers (on square-plan) to the north. Remains of deerpark enclosure to the southeast.
