Detached three-bay two-storey farm house, built c.1820, with single-storey outbuildings attached to either end of front façade (west). Pitched natural slate roof with rendered chimneystacks to either end. Cast-iron rainwater goods. Smooth rendered walls over smooth rendered plinth course. Square-headed window openings with painted stone sills having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows to ground floor openings and one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows over to first floor openings. Square-headed door opening to centre, set in recessed porch with stepped surround, having glazed timber door with plain overlight. Set back from road in own grounds with courtyard/garden to front (west). Single-storey outbuilding with roughcast rendered walls and pitched natural slate roof, running perpendicular to house, to north. Bounded on road frontage (west) by pebbledashed boundary wall having rendered gate piers on square-plan.
