Detached three-bay single-storey house with projecting flat-roofed porch to east end, built c.1860. Two-bay single-storey extension to east and single-storey shed to west end. Pitched corrugated-iron roof to main structure with raised verges, cast-iron rainwater goods and central rendered chimneystack. Pitched corrugated-iron roof to shed to west and pitched corrugated asbestos/cement roof to extension to east. Roughcast rendered walls with smooth rendered finish to porch. Square-headed windows with stone sills and two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed entrance to porch with glazed timber door. Set back from road in own grounds with rendered boundary wall and rendered gate piers on square-plan to east.
